Where you focus your attention matters, to yourself and others. We will work together to analyze your distractions and review your focus areas to determine your true priorities and enable your full attention.

Session Breakdown
Vitals (10 minutes)
We’ll catch up about the past week and determine a baseline assessment of where you are today. Investigate, Identify, Implement (30 minutes) We’ll investigate barriers to your goals, identify key areas of improvement and implement the scenarios we’ve been working on together. This is an opportunity to talk about your current and long-term struggles. Discourse externalizes one’s view of the world and I will be listening deeply. |
Action steps and exercises (20 minutes)
We’ll determine the right tools and techniques to develop a regular practice of mindfulness. We will use principles from psychology, neuroscience, behavioral economics, and leadership development to curate the right approach. Holding yourself to a course of action can be difficult and we’ll create simple mechanisms to keep you activated. We’ll work on developing these towards the end of our session. No session is the same, and we'll be flexible to find what fits. |
