Individuals

1-on-1 coaching tailored specifically to what feels out of reach right now. ​

3-MONTH IGNITION: $10,000 
18 hours (typically 1-2 hours every week)

We will ignite something you've been putting off, procrastinating on, stuck with, or just can't get started.

Past examples include:
  1. Pitching and getting buy-in for a project that will create an entirely new internal function
  2. Defining a career path from manager of a single team to director of a global department within 2 years
  3. Developing a side project to test in the market and convert into a revenue-producing business

6-MONTH ACCELERATION: $18,000
30 hours (typically 1-2 hours 3x a month or every other week)

We will accelerate a single, overarching, ambitious area of focus in the next 6 months.

Past examples include:
  1. Prototyping a product for national distribution
  2. Building a virtual self-managing cross-functional team
  3. Converting real estate assets into a socially-responsible investment fund

12-MONTH IMMERSION: $30,000
50 hours (1-2 hours every other week + ad-hoc coaching)

We will immerse ourselves into what you want to create and how it impacts all aspects of your life.

  1. Eliminating a feeling of listlessness by redefining career trajectory while developing a tailored methodology to handle chronic stress, and building confidence to maximize leadership presence
  2. Gaining clarity about long-term career path by developing a systematic approach to decision-making while being a more effective cross-cultural communicator, and redefining leadership to include personal life goals
  3. Deciding whether to sell current company or continue to build it for 3 more years while developing a succession plan to decide who is best fit to lead, and changing the mindset of existing work culture to prioritize work/life balance

I will work with you to define the regularity and timing of calls that best fits our schedules.

I will listen deeply and get to the heart of what you are after - the need behind the need. I will provide you with practical strategies you can apply immediately. I will challenge you to dig deeper, hold you accountable for your decisions, and ask you to commit yourself fully to the actions you choose.

Organizations

WORKSHOPS
Interactive sessions to generate insight and action.
​1-4 hour online or onsite team workshops on team harmony, integration, and awareness. The goal is to increase team trust, connection, and engagement.

Past examples include:
  1. Working with a 30-person team to improve communication and interaction among colleagues in satellite offices
  2. Improving facilitation skills to empower each team member to contribute and feel an integral part of the project
  3. Developing an effective approach to meetings to improve check-ins, performance reviews, and 1-on-1s.

​MASTERMINDS
Group coaching designed for collaboration and trust. 

6-12 month forum with 4-7 members that meets bi-weekly to connect as a community, solve problems, and grow as a group. 

I work with small teams - in startups and companies - typically in a stage of change or growth. I've worked with designers, software engineers, VPs, directors, managers, and executives in cross-functional and function-based groups. 

We will craft a mastermind that will truly be useful for your team, based on the team's goals and particular needs. I will serve as a facilitator and group coach to elicit problems, solutions, and questions that pertain to all members. 

Past examples include:​
  1. Developing co-leadership in teams
  2. Delegation vs. outsourcing
  3. Context switching easily and quickly
  4. Creating agreements vs. expectations
  5. Leader as coach 

COACH-IN-RESIDENCE
In-house coaching for interested employees & staff. ​​
This is a rare offering that only a few progressive companies have the structure, time, and resources to offer. A Coach-In-Residence
 is an internal coaching program geared to reach any staff member who wants to opt-in to coaching. 

Often, coaching is available only to executives and professionals who have already achieved a high level of success, and is not typically available to staff members interested in accelerated growth and professional advancement. 

The Coach-In-Residence offers a unique "Office Hours" approach where anyone interested in coaching can sign up during designated time periods. I have served as an in-house coach both onsite 1-2x a week, and online where employees and staff book phone/video-based coaching sessions ad-hoc or as a multi-session package. While the coaching is completely confidential, I encourage reporting of progress and outcomes on a regular, pre-defined basis.
