How To Develop Mindful Habits At Work & Life
How successful would you be if you were the best version of yourself most of the time?
Mindfulness is an exercise in self-awareness to learn more about what motivates and demotivates you. This education about yourself allows you to make conscious decisions about how you want to use your personal energy.
Self-learning is exponential. As you change and update your habits, all other parts of your life follow suit. Changing yourself on the inside also impacts the world on the outside, and people respond in kind to your new way of being.

Why your daily habits are critical to your professional success:
Our busy calendars and multiple responsibilities don't allow us much time to reflect on ourselves. When we do, it's in short bursts of correcting ourselves. Taking the time to honestly look in the mirror not only reveals those areas you'd like to improve over time, but also those areas you have already improved.
Mindfulness means "paying attention to the present moment without judgment." Approaching your actions, thoughts, and beliefs with this attitude lets you be gentle with your analysis and offers clarity into what steps you can take to grow.
Mindfulness helps you better process situations and make decisions that incrementally improve your life.

"When I work with people on practicing presence and non-judgment in the workplace, I am continually amazed at the transformation they make. Their entire attitude towards colleagues, clients, leaders, and themselves changes. The work pressures remain high, but people say they don't feel stress the way they did before. They are removed from the stress, and the experience of feeling calm, cool, and collected finally makes sense. I'm inspired to share this process with others."
