Deep coaching to get to the heart of what you are after - the need behind the need. I will give you inquiries and experiments to apply and test immediately. I will challenge you and hold you accountable. Leaders and employees sign up for 6-12 sessions and re-up if desired.
Office Hours
In-house coaching for interested employees & staff.
A unique "Office Hours" approach where anyone interested in coaching can sign up during designated time periods. Employees book one-time phone/video coaching sessions as-needed, getting to the root of the problem quickly and putting insights into action.
