I am not taking on clients right now, because my coaching is focused on developing leaders and teams at Automattic, a fully distributed company with a creed that aligns with my approach to self-aware leadership.

I've been working on a self-awareness course which I'm passionate about. It shares stories of actual leaders I've coached who have benefited from applying self-awareness directly to their work and personal life. Learn more here.
